Data that we store
We store your name, email address, telephone number(s), the name of your company, and your role in the company. If supplied, we may also store a company address. We collect this data to make your experience with us as smooth as possible, meaning that whichever of our team you deal with, your services are completely uninterrupted.
Where is data stored
Your data is stored on a 256-bit AES specification server at an undisclosed location. These servers are only accessible locally using biometric authorisation. Any staff member with access to this data has recieved high-level clearance from a member of our executive staff.
Removal of data
We automatically back up data using a GFS method. Any data that reaches 6 months old, without being used, is removed permanently. Upon request to gdpr@9to9.co.uk, we can remove your data earlier. Please let us know if this is required. If your data is wiped, and you wish to use our services again, you must re-apply to NINE TO NINE and go through our initial process again.
