Refunds
We do not have a refund policy at NINE TO NINE. Due to the nature of advertising, when your order is placed, your campaign will be prepared immediately. Because of this, we can not promise that your payment has not already cycled through our systems. Please address any concerns with one of our team before placing your order.

Results
We try our absolute best to get you as many clicks, calls and customers. For this reason we only offer average statistics, based from past experience and research. This is a rough guide and not to be taken as expected results.

We kindly ask for all contact to be legitimate, free of profanity and business related, any contact that does not follow these terms is likely to be ignored and removed from our systems.

Payment
Payments are processed through payment links which will be sent to customers via email. To confirm that the payment link is genuine, we will also call you to confirm that the paymentink has been sent. Please do not accept a payment link from an email address which is NOT finance@9to9.co.uk.
